As an Occupational Therapist with 25 years experience I am passionate about providing support to older adults with disabilities and health related conditions. My background includes working in the public and private sectors in the areas of community, rehabilitation, palliative care and transitional aged care
My Services Include:
- Functional and carer support needs assessments.
- Home modification assessment and recommendations. I have significant experience and knowledge with complex home modification design creating accessible home environments.
- Assistive technology / equipment assessment and recommendations such as wheelchairs, adjustable beds, seating and pressure care to help participants maximise their independence, safety and mobility.
- Collaborating closely with participants, families, care managers and support workers to assist in the development of interventions to help reach their potential.
- Approved service provider with multiple Support at Home providers on the Central Coast.
